Tangible Actions We Take >>> Everything that we learn

That's Where Exposure Steps In!

We all have a ton of knowledge crammed in our heads, right? Like, maybe how to build a successful business from scratch or how to pull off a spectacular event without breaking a sweat. Easy peasy.

But where do things actually go sideways?
The moment we start doing it.

Awareness? That’s just knowing something exists. Exposure? That’s when reality slaps you in the face, and you realize there’s a lot more to it than you thought. We don’t fully grasp the depth of a task until we roll up our sleeves and actually start working on it.

So, with this newfound wisdom, we thought talent acquisition would be a piece of cake.

Talent Acquisition: Not As Easy As We Thought

Like, how hard could it be? Spoiler alert: It was hard. Sure, it felt manageable with legends like Abinandhan, Najmudin, Fadhil, Shifan, Tejal, Sakthi, Oviyan, and Vinoth by our side. But making 800-900 calls, shortlisting candidates, and handling that level of coordination? Absolute madness. They deserve a standing ovation. 👏👏👏

The Unsung Heroes Of Mail Threads

You know who else deserves applause?

They have invisible capes fr!

The warriors keeping our email threads alive. If that’s you, take a bow. You’re a legend. Our INEA pioneers were out there, replying to each other in email chains like it was some kind of Olympic sport. Where else can you find such dedication? Nowhere. That’s where.

Speaking of epic things, let’s talk about the DNA Documentary.

Td Goes To The Movies (Kinda)

Oh. My. God. What an experience. Our TD community went together, and for the first time ever, we made memories that’ll stick with us forever.

Our Whole Heart! Definitely missed a lot of people tho!

Not only did we get to soak in some crazy cool knowledge, but we also got to network with industry experts along the way. Because that’s what we do—turn up, learn, and make connections like pros.

And now, it’s time for drumroll pleaseThe Best Member of the Week!

Unsurprisingly, this honor goes to none other than Mohamed Najmudin!  His insane contributions to the HR force, paired with his chef’s kiss planning skills, had us all in awe. Najmudin, take a bow. We see you. We appreciate you. You’re killing it! Keep it going ;)

And now, let’s talk about the most exciting thing happening right now—The Manager’s Rotation Programme!

Manager's Rotation Programme—It's Happening!

If you joined TD after December, you probably received an email about this elite opportunity. After a careful selection process (read: our existing managers put on their thinking caps), we now have brand-new managers leading the charge!

They’ve set their North Stars, started their Teedian routine (oops, am I leaking top-secret details here? 👀), and are all set to make waves in our community. Who are these rockstars, you ask?

Abinandhan, Aparna, and Abiramee—our freshly minted managers!

If you have questions, hit them up. They’re here to make magic happen!

Alright, TD fam, we talk a lot about exposure, right? Knowing things is cool and all, but unless you do something with that knowledge, it’s just fancy brain storage. So this week, let’s put it to use—for each other!

SHARE THE KNOWLEDGE, SPREAD THE LOVE!

The CHALLENGE:

Step 1: Ask for Help (Yes, Put Your Ego Aside)
Need someone to review your resume? Want to fix your LinkedIn? Trying to figure out why your design looks like a meme template? Or maybe you just need help learning to cook without setting off the fire alarm?

Drop your request in the group! No shame, no judgment—just pure, productive chaos.

Step 2: Play Hero
Scroll through the group and see if you can help someone out. No, you don’t have to be an expert. Even if you kind of know something, share it! A little tip, a resource, a personal “hey, I failed at this too but here’s what I learned”—it all counts.

Step 3: If You Can’t Help, Just Do Something Nice

Alright, so maybe you're not a LinkedIn guru, a design wizard, or a five-star chef (no judgment here, we’re all still trying to figure out how to boil eggs properly). But that doesn’t mean you can’t greet someone with a gesture of support. Here's how:

  • Make them a design! (If you don’t know design, just open Canva and slap something together. No one will notice.)

  • Cook something (even if it’s just a slice of toast with a very creative topping).

  • Send a meme that somehow perfectly sums up their struggle.

  • Drop a pep talk with 0% expertise but 100% enthusiasm.

Just do something—anything—to show that you care, or at least, that you tried. At the very least, it’ll make someone laugh.

Step 4: Repeat Until We All Become Smarter (or at Least, Funnier)

PRO TIP: You wanna be remembered? Help people out before you need them. Connections aren’t built on random LinkedIn requests but on small, helpful moments like these. Also, being known as the “helpful genius” of the group isn’t a bad title to have.

🕒 Deadline: Before the week ends (or before we all forget we were supposed to do this).
Most helpful members get an unnecessary but glorious shoutout next week!

Now go forth, exchange some exposure, and make someone’s life (slightly) easier! 🚀

Now speaking alot about exposure, it’s time to introduce a mentor woh’s a all rounder (yeah, a cricketer as well) in not just in the match but in the real life as well!

Cloud Engineer. Cricket Lover. Community Giver: It’s our Raghu!

Connect with him here!

The Cloud Guy Who’ll Also Join You for Chai!

Say hey to Raghu – our very own namma Chennai cloud guy who works at Athenahealth by day, and is a full-time extrovert the rest of the time. If you’re into cricket, fitness, or just random life talks over coffee, Raghu’s your guy. He’s got that perfect mix of tech brain and chill vibes – think code during the day, cricket nets in the evening, and maybe a gym sesh somewhere in between.

What makes him even cooler? He’s all about giving back to the community and showing up for people. So whether you're stuck on a bug or just need someone to hype you up, you’ll want Raghu in your corner.

Catch him on a TD call, hit him up for a coffee, or just vibe with him when you see him around – he's always up for a good chat and some better banter.

So, as we wrap up this jam-packed week, remember: exposure isn’t just about being present—it’s about showing up, pitching in, and learning by doing- Anything that you ‘do’ counts.

Let’s keep building, helping, and learning—together.

It's a Buhbye, Until next time!

Yours Parallelly,
The TD Insider
